Environmental Weekly Meeting Minutes

Submittals
Sanitary Sewer Authorization – KCIW Review
Site Specific Waste Management Plan – Shimmick court
Ensure environmental commitments tracking log is submitted quarterly.
Follow up on using an existing template. – waiting on template, more to come.
Excavation spoils disposal plan in process – sending to ST today
Chemical Usage Document, send daily chemical usage logs on a daily basis – Watertectonics?
Upload DMRs to Shimmick Sharepoint link – Ashley task
Open TESC Items
Ashley to update TESC drawings. COMPLETE
Water treatment update – Sampled 4/23
Ashley needs to send last week’s sampling results, no issues.
Dewatering well update – wells currently off until able to move forward on sewer site work.
Contaminated soil update – Dirt has been sampled outside the known area, results are in Sound Transit court.
Plug new catch basin structures as they get installed.
Replace asphalt berm on North perimeter when feasible.
Keep an eye on trackout and keep pavement swept as much as possible.
Wheel washing area planned for Gate 3 or Gate 2, needs to be coordinated with utility installation. Area will be bermed with sump and tank to capture wash water. Plenty of room in
tank to capture this water while waiting for sewer discharge permit.
Need to get inlet protection in CBs at exits when traffic control is setup.

On site sewer work: currently on hold
Install dewatering wells Grady Way: currently on hold
Sewer work on Grady Way: currently on hold
On site storm work: 4/16 – 5/13
New Business
Cameron – Republic Services waste profile is needing to be signed by Ross (ST), will email Alyssa to help coordinate this.
Coordination in process to address questions from Republic Services.
Greg – more coordination needed.
Tyson – arborist for ST will join today’s meeting 4/24 to look at excavation area for PSE work within the critical root zone of protected trees in SW corner.
Will Misty be joining the walk? – She feels comfortable not being present for this task.
Need to get CESCL reports transmitted – Encore/Shimmick
Alyssa out of town 4/23 – 4/28 and 5/1.
