This letter is to advise you that at its regular meeting of April 27, 2026, the Renton City Council
awarded the Contract for the 116th Ave SE Sidewalk Project to Kamins Construction Inc at the
bid price of $909,059.33.
Per section 1-03.6 of the 2025 Standard Specifications, proposal bonds will be held until the
Contract has been properly executed. When the Contract has been properly executed, the
proposal bond will be returned to you by mail.
