On 04/26/2026 at 1732 hours I responded to the intersection of Logan Ave N/Park Ave N, in the City of
Renton, King County, Washington. I was responded to the call of a recent non-injury motor vehicle collision.
This incident was captured on my body worn video camera.This report is a summation of events that
occurred and is not an exact sequence of events.
Upon arrival, I contacted all involved parties just north of the above referenced intersection.
I identified Unit 1 as a 2006 Ford F150(WA LIC#D82409J) being driven by the registered owner of the
vehicle, identified by his WA DL as Angel Guardado-Reyes(DOB 01/03/2008).
In speaking with Unit 1 driver, he stated that he was in the middle northbound lane of Logan Ave N,
stopped for a red light at Park Ave N. Unit 1 driver said that while sitting at the light, he thought the light
had turned green and slightly accelerated his vehicle—rear ending Unit 2 vehicle which was still stopped
in front of him.
Unit 1 driver provided me with his WA DL,vehicle registration, however stated that he did not have
current vehicle insurance.
No observable damage was noted to the front end of Unit 1 vehicle.
I identified Unit 2 as a 2018 Lexus RX(AZ LIC MA6113113) being driver by Unit 2 driver, identified via her WA DL
as Britt A Hall (DOB 02/03/1969).
In speaking with Unit 2 driver, she stated that while stopped for a red light at Park Ave N, while in the middle
lane of northbound Logan Ave N, she was rear ended by Unit 1 vehicle.
I observed minor damage to Unit 2 vehicle, consistent with the version of events provided by each involved. I
took photographs of the sustained Unit 2 vehicle damage and later uploaded them to Axon Evidence.
I provided each unit involved with a business card, case number and answered their remaining questions.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

I confirmed the mailing address for Unit 1 driver and advised that he would be receiving a traffic citation in the
mail for operating a motor vehicle without vehicle insurance.
I then cleared the scene.
This ends my report.
