On April 28, 2026, at 1119 hours, dispatch requested that I contact a victim of a recent hit and run that
occurred near the intersection of Monroe Ave NE and NE 4th St, in the city of Renton, county of King, and
state of Washington.
Upon contact, I spoke with the victim identified as Sarinder Gill (05/23/1953). Sarinder explained she was at
the intersection in the eastbound lanes waiting for the traffic light to turn green. While standing, she felt a
strong jolt forward. She peered into her rear-view mirror and realized that she was struck from behind.
She exited the vehicle and attempted to contact the other driver.As she stepped out,the driver told Sarinder
that they were causing a traffic jam and suggested they move out of the roadway. She agreed.As she
proceeded to move,the other involved vehicle fled away from the location in an unknown direction. Sarinder
told me she did not obtain any information for the driver or vehicle. She described the vehicle as an older
silver sedan that was extremely dirty.The driver was described as an older white male in his 50's wearing
unknown clothing.The male did have a mustache.

There is no suspect information, so this case is closed (RTF).
