Unless stated otherwise, this incident occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
During this incident, I was on duty as a Police Officer for the City of Renton and assigned to Patrol District R15.
1 was wearing a fully marked uniform and driving a fully marked vehicle. This incident was recorded with video
and audio. It is important to note that the camera may have captured things that I did not perceive, and I may
have perceived things that were not captured by the camera. The following is a summary of the events:
On 04/23/2026 at approximately 1628 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run report at SW Grady Way and
Maple Ave SW. The victims were verbally identified as BRIAN S. JAMISON (DOB: 05/08/1977)and CONNOR
E. JAMISON (DOB: 11/07/2006). The victim vehicle was identified as 2006 SUBARU LEGACY(WA: BIT8119)
and the suspect vehicle was identified as 2015 HYUNDAI TUCSON (WA: CSJ8242). The registered owner of
the Hyundai was identified as JUNIOR F. MAGALHAES (DOB: 03/20/1998).
1 contacted Brian using my department-issued cellphone. This conversation was recorded. In summary, on
04/23/2026 at approximately 1620 hours, Connor and Brian were driving in the Subaru. Connor was in the
driver's seat and Brian was in the front passenger seat. Connor and Brian were on Maple Ave SW and turning
eastbound onto SW Grady Way. As they were turning, the Hyundai Tucson collided into the Subaru. The
Hyundai sustained rear right quarter panel damage, and the Subaru sustained front left bumper damage.
Connor and Brian reported that they were not injured from the collision.
After the collision, Connor and Brian honked to signal for the Hyundai to stop. The Hyundai parked in the middle
of the road, and the driver exited. The driver of the Hyundai indicated that he would not pull over and exchange
information with Connor and Brian. The driver of the Hyundai then fled onto southbound 1-405.
Brian described the driver of the Hyundai as a black male, approximately 5'8 to 5'10, believed to be in his late
20's, wearing a black shirt and gray sweatpants.
Brian advised that he wished to pursue charges and assist in prosecution. Brian stated that he was willing to
return for a photo montage.
I conducted a records check on Junior. Per DOL, Junior returned as a black male, 58, and 28 years old which
resembles the suspect description. Based upon the totality of the circumstances, there is reasonable suspicion
to believe that Junior is the suspect who committed hit and run attended.
This incident occurred in the City of Renton,King County,Washington State.

On 04/29/2026, 1 created a photo montage consisting of six photographs with Junior's DOL photograph in
position two. I used the King County Jail database as reference, and then I used the subjects' DOL photos to
maintain integrity. The following is a sequential list of the subjects' photographs:
Position#1: REESE C. ALI (DOB: 11/27/1993)
Position#2: JUNIOR F. MAGALHAES (DOB: 03/20/1998)
Position#3: FRANKLIN D. DAVIS BELL (DOB: 08/17/1998)
Position#4: TYRONE L. BENSON (DOB: 04/22/1993)
Position#5: FASSILE H. BOGALE (DOB: 05/29/1992)
Position#6: CHRISTIAN D. DAVIS (DOB: 05/27/1995)
1 requested that Officer Kearse conduct the photo montage and retrieve a sworn statement. I also requested
that Officer Kearse retrieve photographs of the victim's vehicle. Officer Kearse does not have any knowledge of
the case. I will complete a supplemental report once Officer Kearse has conducted the photo montage.
This concludes my involvement on today's date.
