EG98909 CASE# 26-3355 OF COLLISION 04/30/26 17:15 OF CbLLI510N NARRATIVE Renton Case #26-3355 On 04/30/2026 at 1717 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of Shattuck Ave S/S 3rd Place, in the City of Renton, King County, Washington. I was responding to a call of an unknown injury accident. This incident was captured on my body worn video camera. This report is a summation of events that occurred and is not an exact sequence of events. At approximately 1721 hours, I arrived on scene located the two involved vehicles. Unit 1 vehicle was sitting in the middle of the above referenced intersection, and Unit 2 vehicle was pulled over to the shoulder just south of the intersection. As Unit 1 driver was still located inside the vehicle upon my arrival, with multiple vehicle side airbags deployed, I tended to her until the arrival of Renton Fire a short time later. I identified Unit 1 as a black 2016 Audi A3 (WA LIC #CMP5533) being driven by the registered owner of the vehicle, identified by her WA DL as Cynthia C Boss (DOB 12/27/1976). After being evaluated for potential injuries by Renton Fire, I spoke with Unit 1 driver. Unit 1 driver stated she was traveling southbound on Shattuck Ave S when she attempted to make a left hand (eastbound) turn. While in the process of turning, Unit 1 driver said that she was struck in the driver side by Unit 2 vehicle. It should be noted, in the area where the collision occurred there is no left hand (eastbound) turn from Shattuck Ave S. I observed damage to both driver side doors to Unit 1 vehicle. Unit 1 driver advised that she did not have valid vehicle insurance. I identified Unit 2 as a silver 2013 Honda Accord (WA LIC #AZD0870) being driven by the registered owner of the vheicle, identified by his WA DL as Kelvin D Calamiong (DOB 09/22/1990). Unit 2 driver told me he was not injured. Unit 2 driver said that he was traveling south on Shattuck Ave S from S 3rd St. As he traveled southbound, Unit 1 vehicle was also traveling southbound directly in front of him. As both vehicles approached S 3rd Place, Unit 2 driver said that Unit 1 vehicle briefly turned westbound onto S 3rd Place, before quickly attempting a U-Turn -attempting to proceed back northbound on Shattuck Ave S. As a result of the improper U-turn, Unit 2 driver said that he did not have enough time to stop before colliding with the driver side of Unit 1 vehicle. I observed significant damage to the front bumper of Unit 2 vehicle. Unit 2 driver provided me with his WA DL, registration and vehicle insurance. Based on the statements made by both involved, the observed vehicle damage was consistent with the accounts provided by Unit 2 driver. No independent third party witness' were located. After being medically evaluated by Renton Fire, Unit 1 driver was given a courtesy transport by Renton Fire to her nearby residence. Renton Fire also removed Unit 1 vehicle from the scene and delivered it to her residence. PAGE 3 OF 5 REPORT NO. All photos were later uploaded to Axon Evidence. I provided each involved unit with a business card, case number and answered their remaining questions. I then cleared the scene. This ends my report.
