On April 30, 2026, at 1308 hours, dispatch requested that I contact a victim of a recent hit and run that
occurred near the intersection of Rainer Ave S and Airport Way, in the city of Renton, county of King, and state
of Washington.
Upon contact, I spoke with the victim identified as Tran Nhu (08/15/1947).Tran was traveling westbound on
Renton Ave S, passing McDonalds, and approaching the intersection of Hardie Ave SW.As she proceeded
down the roadway, Unit#1 sideswiped Trans vehicle, causing damage to her front passenger fender.
Tran cannot identify the vehicle or driver but described the vehicle (Unit#1) as a white landscaping truck.The
driver was a male with a front female passenger.
The vehicle was last seen heading westbound on Renton Ave S,towards Skyway.
Unit#2 is a nexus 350 bearing Washington plates CTZ6863.
I provide Tran with my contact information and case number.
There is no suspect information, so this case is closed (RTF).
