The project is proposing to subdivide the lot into four new units and building designs are not required at this phase. It seems you discovered a typo. The approximate timeline for construction is six (6) months. Your comments have been included in the o.icial project file, and you have been made a party of record to the project. Sta. will consider your concerns and request during review of the project and incorporate them into the sta. report for the land use decision. Thank you for your interest in this project and if you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at (425) 430-7288 or vporter@rentonwa.gov. I’m Alessandro Bruxel one of the neighbors to the project location, more specifically, I leave at 120 Bremerton Ave NE, lot 58 indicated on the project plans. I received the notice of application in the mail and reviewed the documents on the website. Here are some questions I have: 1- Is there more information on what the homes being built are going to look like? Are there architectural plans yet or is that information is not available yet? 2- It is not very clear in the documents the length of the project, it states “The proposed approximate construction start date is anticipated to begin late Summer/ early Winter 2026 with an approximate timeline of six (3) months.” What does 6 (3) means?\ CAUTION: This email originated from outside the City of Renton. Do not click links, reply or open attachments unless you know the content is safe. 2 3- I would also like to express some concerns regarding the Landscape Plan and the fact that big trees are represented right by the fence line. Although I appreciate the privacy trees will create between our property and the new home being built, some of this trees like “TILIA CORDATA 'GLENLEVEN” are described to get to 70’ tall and if planted right by the fence line the canopy will cross over to our yard causing unwanted shade, leaves on fall and possibly damaging our own landscape. I would like you to consider, smaller privacy trees without a wide canopy, specially if they are planned to be right by the fence line of our property. Thank you very much, Alessandro Bruxel
