Dear Ms. Donlan,
Thank you for submitting the additional materials requested from the City. During our previous review, staff
determined that additional information was necessary in order to proceed. On April 23, 2026, the City
received additional submittal documents responding to the January 22, 2026 information request. Based on
this resubmittal, your project has been taken off hold, and the City will continue review of the Lincoln Peak
Short Plat project. Staff will complete the next review cycle and will notify you if any further information or
revisions are required.
