Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting today, April 28th, 2026. Below is a summary of the meeting with items
that had additional discussion listed. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to make
additions.
• Pre-construction notes were read to the group
• Discussed haul routes, staging and project phasing
• Discussed 5-day wait period for TCP
Attached are the precon notes that we discussed today. I will need verification (via email) that the owner and
contractor have read and understand these notes. After I get a PDF of the City of Renton business license, I can
issue the permit.

Joe,
Please see attached for the precon notes for tomorrow’s meeting at 10:00 am. We will meet on-site next to the
project. Please forward these notes to the contractor. After the meeting, I will need an email from you (owner) and
contractor acknowledging that you have read and understand the notes.
We can issue the permit as early as tomorrow afternoon, after receiving the Renton business license and
acknowledgements.
