Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 05/03/2026, at approximately 0723 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run report at 18005
120TH AVE SE, in the City of Renton,while I was employed as a uniformed Patrol Officer for the
City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.The reporting party advised that overnight,
his trailer was struck and that he had little information about the suspect.
I spoke with the reporting party, identified by his WADOL photo as GOOD, LOELL WILLIAM (DOB
09/11/1957). Loell advised that last night at approximately 2330 hours, his roommate heard a
Loud crash coming from outside their home. The roommate looked outside and saw that a white
pickup truck had collided with Loell'S trailer.The driver then took off and left the scene. Loell
was notified by his roommate.
This morning, Loell went to check his trailer for damage and stated that the front right side was
damaged. He advised that the cost to repair the damage is $800. He also mentioned that he and
his roommate had seen the suspect's truck drive by and that the suspect possibly lives in the
neighborhood. The truck is always seen speeding on the street.Also,the truck should have
heavy damage to the front bumper.
The trailer was described as a 1994 HomeMade Trailer Utility, bearing WA plate AE2200,
registered to Loell.
At this time,the suspect is unknown, and the license plate was not provided. I checked the
neighborhood for any similar white trucks and found nothing. If the suspect is located, Loell
wants to press charges.
Photos of the trailer will be submitted once sent by Loell.
