NARRATIVE
On April 16, 2026, at approximately 1619 hours, I was dispatched to a non-injury and non-blocking
two-vehicle collision in the parking lot of Seven Eleven, 1200 SW 43rd St, within the City Limits of
Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
Upon my arrival I contacted the involved parties and confirmed no injuries had occurred requiring
immediate medical response at the time of report. There, I collected the involved parties driving
documents and their independent recollection of events leading up to the collision.
The driver of Unit#1, identified as Tina Huynh, stated she was traveling northbound along the east
side of the building. As she approached the rear of the building, she observed Unit#2 appear behind
a large dumpster. Unit#2 was traveling east through the rear alley and into the main parking lot
where Unit#1 intended to go. Both vehicles approached the same exit on Oakesdale Ave SW and
collided in the parking lot. Tlna attempted to brake, but her vehicle slid across the ground due to the
wet asphalt. Unit#1 sustained moderate damage to the front of her vehicle.
The driver of Unit#2, identified as Zhaowen Luo, said he was the sole occupant of his vehicle and
also traveling eastbound behind in the alley behind Seven Eleven. As Zhaowen approached the large
dumpster on the northeast corner of the building, he was unable to see Unit#1 approaching the exit
to Oakesdale Ave SW. Zhaowen approached the exit, and was subsequently struck on his passenger
side wheel, causing moderate damage.
Both drivers stated the collision occurred because the dumpster impeded their view.
Due to the statements above information, I was unable to determine who committed the traffic
offense.
This case is only an information report.
A copy of the exchange of information was given to the two drivers.
