Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-058 with Anaconda
Networks. This packet authorizes Invoice # 11016, in the amount of $543.66, for the annual
renewal of Cradlepoint modem management licensing. The current renewal term is
04/30/2026 – 04/29/2027.
This Cradlepoint modem management licensing (NCM)is used by Information Technology
to manage devices from the cloud.
