application cycle, and the project will continue in accordance with those approved plans.
The only outstanding item currently under discussion with the City of Kent is a potential
modification to the lighting requirements along 108th Ave SE; all other elements will
proceed as originally planned. For any questions or concerns, please contact Jamie Simo
at the City of Kent.
9. All water and sewer installation and connection work has been completed. The project is
currently in the closeout phase, with a final CCTV inspection remaining as the sole
outstanding item. Upon completion of that inspection, a certificate of completion or other
documentation as appropriate will be obtained from the district. For any questions or
