6. Environmental Checklist
- This site/project is SEPA exempt.
7. Rezone, Variance, Modification, or Conditional Use Justification: Please contact the
Planning Division to determine whether your project proposal triggers any additional land
use permits. If so, additional information may be required.
- No additional permits needed for this project at this time
13. AƯidavit of Installation of Public Information Sign(s): A notarized statement signed by
the applicant of applicant’s representative attesting that the required public information
sign(s) has been installed in accordance with City Code requirements.

retention plan.

20. Standard Stream or Lake Study:
- There are no lakes or streams present on the property/site.
21. Flood Hazard Data:
- This project is not located in a flood hazard area. Therefore, this requirement does
not apply to this project.
22. Biological Assessment/Critical Areas Study:
- This is not required as the project site contains no sensitive areas, wetlands, or
streams. The proposed development will have no impact on fish, endangered species,
or critical habitats, as no such species or habitats are present on or near the property.
23. Habitat Data Report
- Per the Technical Information Report (TIR) and the Project Narrative previously
submitted for the Madueno Short Plat, the project site has been formally evaluated
and contains no sensitive areas, critical habitats, or special features
26. Wetland Assessment:
- There are no wetlands or sensitive areas that exist on or near the site. No new
assessment is required.
35. Hazardous Materials Management Statement
- There will be no storage of any hazardous materials on site or refueling directly on
site.
