We can hold the preconstruction meeting at 11:00 am on Monday, May 11th. Please let us know if
this time works for your team. I have attached the preconstruction meeting notes. For the owner
and contractor: please read these notes and confirm (via email) that you agree to the terms and
conditions outlined in the summary.
After the preconstruction meeting is held, we can issue the permit.
Please note that our Urban Forester will not be able to attend this meeting but would like a follow-
up meeting shortly after. No construction activities shall occur within the right-of-way of Puget
Drive or within the City of Renton property until after this meeting has occurred (to discuss City-
owned trees to be protected)
Meeting location will be held in the south portion of the Church parking lot unless otherwise agreed
for a different location.
