Narrative
ASSIGNMENT/ARRIVAL
On 05/08/2026 at approximately 1302 hours, I was dispatched to a two-vehicle hit and run
attended collision in the intersection of East Valley Highway and SW 43rd Street in the city of
Renton, King County,Washington.
I arrived at approximately 1319 hours.
UNIT 1: UNKNOWN
Unit 1 was described as a black sedan, possibly a BMW. No further information.
Unit 1 fled prior to my arrival and was not located.
UNIT 2: SUBARU OUTBACK
I located a silver 2017 Subaru Outback(WA/ BWC0828, Unit 2) parked in the parking lot of Great
Floors, 9021 S 180th Street, in Kent. Unit 2 had been moved from its point of rest prior to my
arrival. Unit 2 had minor damage (dents and scrapes)to the passenger side.
DRIVER 1: UNKNOWN
Driver 1's identity is unknown.There was no description.
DRIVER 2:TA ALYSSA L.
I contacted Alyssa L.Ta (DOB: 01/03/2007) sitting in Unit 2's driver seat. Ta was positively
identified by her valid Washington Driver License and established as the uninjured driver and
sole occupant of Unit 2.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

STATEMENT:TA ALYSSA L.
Ta told me the following about the collision:
Ta drove Unit 2 south on East Valley Road toward SW 43rd Street (S 180th Street)to turn left
(east) onto SW 43rd Street from the number four lane. As Ta turned, Unit 1 collided with her
passenger side then immediately fled westbound on SW 43rd Street.
Ta did not see Unit 1 prior to the collision and could not describe their pre-collision driving or
Location.
This concluded my conversation with Ta.
DISPOSITION
There is no suspect information.This report is for documentation only.
This concluded my involvement in this case.
