1 The applicant shall provide one of the following:
1) A letter from TENW stating that street tree canopies were included in the photometric calculations dated
7/30/2025.
2) Updated photometric calculations meeting City of Renton minimum standards that includes street tree canopy
coverage.
3) Updated illumination plans that follow the city suggested streetlight spacing (117.1 with dual fixtures at 120-ft
spacing with 117.2 pedestrian light at 60-ft spacing between the 117.1. two street trees between the 117.1 and
117.2). This option will not require updated photometric calculations.

2 The applicant shall install temporary irrigation for the new off-site trees for a minimum of two (2) years in order to
ensure their survival. Temporary irrigation shall be installed and approved by the department planning manager
prior to project closeout.

3 The applicant shall install temporary irrigation for the new on site trees in Tract B for a minimum of two (2) years
in order to ensure their survival. Temporary irrigation shall be installed and approved by the department planning
manager prior to project closeout.
