THIS DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE DENSITY COVENANT
("Covenant") is dated for reference purposes as of the date set forth on the signature page
below by Solera Manager, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (the
"Developer").
RECITALS
A. The Developer owns that certain real property as legally described in
Exhibit A (the "Property").
B. The Developer intends to subdivide the Property to create certain lots
through the recording of the City of Renton Final Plat LUA 24-000221 (collectively, the
"Lots").
C. The Developer desires to impose a density covenant on the Property
pursuant to the terms of this Covenant as required by the City of Renton.
DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE DENSITY COVENANT
1. Density Restriction. Any future division of the Lots or future increases to
building density on the Lots must be consistent with the maximum density requirements as
