Hello Alex-
I got hold of my surveyor after your site visit and he reminded me about getting a partial release of
Mortgage from my bank loan on the house. I called the bank right away and left a message about
Shortplat. Someone called me 3 days ago and told me that they will mail a letter to us regarding the
requirements. I asked them to send the same info to me via the email attachment and they told me that
their process is only via mail and it will take 7 to 10 days. They told me that it will take 60 -90 days by the
time the county has accepted the paperwork. That shocked me and I sent the email to you right
away regarding the extension.
My surveyor is working on it and I am hereby requesting the above SP recording date be extended from
7/14/2026 to 7/14/2027.
I will get it done as soon as possible.
