Environmental Weekly Meeting Minutes

Submittals
Sanitary Sewer Authorization – APPROVED
Site Specific Waste Management Plan – No update
Ensure environmental commitments tracking log is submitted quarterly.
Follow up on using an existing template. – waiting on template, more to come.
Excavation spoils disposal plan in process – Slated to be submitted soon.
Chemical Usage Document, send daily chemical usage logs on a daily basis – Ashley’s Court, Alyssa can help with a form for the chitosan usage. Ask WaterTectonics about P-50 usage.
Open TESC Items
Water treatment update – Sampled 5/14.
Dewatering well update – wells turned off for the weekend, plan to turn back on next week.
Contaminated soil update
What is the soil be tested for?
Update on Republic Services waste profile? – Needed more testing, results sent in last week, waiting for approved profile.
Tire washing update – No trucking this week, if trucking starts next week will setup the tire washing.
Sealing asphalt berms at entrances – COMPLETE
Setup sewer discharge system and schedule inspection with KCIW – Encore/Shimmick
Upcoming Schedule.
On site work – Storm installation, still waiting on sewer work changes.
ROW work – No update
PSE Excavation within tree protection zone – estimated week of 6/8
Schedule bird survey – tentative schedule for 6/5?
Shimmick arborist needed for excavation work.
New Business
Need to get CESCL reports transmitted – Ashley’s Court
