SQUARE EVENT MANAGEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as April 13, 2026, is by and between
the City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, andDoxtater & Co. dba
The Workshop (“Consultant”), a limited liability company. The City and the Consultant are
referred to collectively in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed by the
Parties, this Amendmentis effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-25-317,
dated September 18, 2025, and as amended on December 29, 2025, to provide necessary
services for the event management services for Legacy Square (referred to herein as the
“Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the scope of work, change the
time for performance, change the compensation, and change the insurance requirements
in order to continue event management planning and services.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-25-317is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add work as specified in
Exhibit A-2, which is attached and incorporated herein.
2. Time of Performance:Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended pursuant to the
schedule(s) set forth in Exhibit A-2. All Work shall be performed by no later than
October 31, 2026.
3. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum
amount of compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $541,631.77 from
$133,368.23 to $675,000.00, plus any applicable state and local sales taxes. The
additional compensation shall be paid based upon Work actually performed
according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in Exhibit A-2 of the Agreement, which
is attached and incorporated herein.
4. Insurance, Section 13, Insurance, is amended as follows:
A. Commercial general liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $2,000,000
for each occurrence/$5,000,000 aggregate for the remaining Term of this

Agreementto cover booked programming, movies, and concerts. AND
ADDING the following terms addressing programming, movies, or concert
vendors (“Subcontractors”):
i. to the extent those Subcontractors’ actions are not eligible for
coverage under subsection 4.A of this Amendment: the individual
Subcontractors shall provide commercial general liability
insurance in the minimum amounts of $1,000,000 for each
occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate for the term of their work under
the Agreement with the Consultantand shall name the City of
Renton as an additionally insured.
ii. All Subcontractors must execute an indemnification/hold
harmless using the format at Attachment 1 to Exhibit A-2.
5.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment
as if fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendmentas of the
date last signed by the Parties below.

ADDENDUM B
Legacy Square Project 2026
1.Intent
•This addendum describes the April-October planning work for Legacy Square Project 2026.
•By October 31st, 2026, The Workshop will plan and implement the Legacy Square programing that supports the
master agreement and is approved by the City of Renton.
2.Scope of Work
The Workshop will perform the following scope from April – October 2026 for designing, planning and implementing
summer events at Legacy Square Park:
•Develop the program, entertainment and activities schedule
•Update the budget
•Advance the event pre-production and production plans
•Organize and manage Legacy Square planning meetings
•Book and contract program, movie and concert
•Implement and run scheduled events at Legacy Square Park
3.Rates
Our work is based on the rates proposed and accepted by the City of Renton in the RRP proposal submitted by The
Workshop in August 2025. Rates and hours for April-October 2026:
Producer (Doxtater) 90 hours $100.00/hr $9,000.00
Artistic Director (Enson) 468 hours $92.39/hr $43,239.72
Creative Manager (McKellar) 15 hours $87.82/hr $1,252.65
Project Manager (Eitemiller) 534 hours $80.00/hr $36,127.52
Venue Manager (Parisi) 600 hours $72.27/hr $39,588.00
Production Coord (Gilson) 317 hours $67.32/hr $18,706.17
TOTAL $147,914.06
4.Reimbursables
During this addendum of work, The Workshop will incur expenses on behalf of the City of Renton as approved through
the budget and account in the manner required by the City of Renton.
