Narrative
ASSIGNMENT
On 05/22/2026 at approximately 1510 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run collision that
occurred in the 600 block of N 10th Street in the city of Renton, King County,Washington.
The victim/reporting party requested phone contact.
VICTIM INTERVIEW: BROWNING LOGAN M.
I spoke with the victim, Logan M. Browning(DOB: 08/09/2005, identity unverified),via phone.
The following is a summary of our conversation;
On 05/22/2026 around 1350 hours, Browning drove his vehicle, a black 2018 Audi S6 (WA/
CSU3340), west on N 10th Street toward Logan Avenue N.
As Browning slowed for traffic, another vehicle traveling behind him failed to stop and collided
with the rear of his Audi. Browning described the other vehicle as a gray Lexus sedan (WA Temp.
Plate/A9240098).
Browning and the other driver pulled into the parking lot of Red Robin.The other driver said he
had no license or insurance, and only gave the name of"Cody" and phone number
206/851-3951 before driving off.The other driver did not give Browning any other information
before fleeing.
Browning described the driver as a black male, about 20—25 years old, between 5-feet-7-inches
and 5-feet-9-inches, slim build, with a short afro and arm tattoos. Browning could identify the
driver if seen again.
Browning's vehicle had damage to the rear end. Browning said he took photographs of both
vehicles after the collision. I sent Browning an Axon Community Request link for the photos, but
I have not received them.
This concluded my involvement in this case.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
