The following occurred in the City of Renton, King County, Washington unless otherwise stated.
During this incident 1 was equipped with body-worn camera which records both audio and video.
Portions of the incident were recorded. This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not
intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured
with the recording system. During this incident I was wearing a department issued uniform or jump
suit and outer carrier vest which was marked with "Police"on the front, "Renton Police"on the
back, with department patches on each shoulder of the uniform or jumpsuit, as well as a Renton
Police Velcro badge on my►eft chest. It would be immediately obvious to any reasonable person
that I was a Police Officer.
On 5/21/2026 at 0806 hours I was dispatched to a hit and run collision at the intersection of NE 4th
St and Duvall Ave NE.
The victim, identified as Lisa A. Weinman (DOB: 02/07/1975) stated that she was operating her blue
2016 Subaru Crosstrek (WA LP: AYL2696) facing West on NE 4th St just before Duvall Ave NE in the#2
lane. Weinman stated that she was stopped for traffic and while stopped an unknown vehicle
collided with her rear bumper.
Weinman originally thought it was a white pickup truck that was stalled in the roadway, but upon
further investigation it was determined that there was no damage on the pickup truck to match her
vehicles damage.
At this time there is no suspect vehicle/suspect in this case.
