Narrative
On 05/23/2026 at about 1441 hours, I was working uniform marked patrol as 1R15 when I was dispatched to
take a report over the phone of a non-injury hit and run collision that occurred earlier in the morning. The
collision occurred in the parking lot of the Taco Bell located at 320 Rainier Ave S within the city limits of
Renton, King County, Washington. Rodalinda Andres reported that her unattended vehicle (2007 Mazda 6
sedan with Washington state license plate CGW2354)was struck by an unidentified pickup truck while parked
in the parking lot.
On 05/23/2026 at about 0200 hours, Rodalinda was working inside the Taco Bell when an unidentified female
(Door Dash employee)told her that someone struck her car with their vehicle. The unidentified female took a
cellphone picture of the suspect vehicle and showed it with Rodalinda. Rodalinda did not know the
unidentified Door Dash employee or have her contact information. The suspect vehicle was described by
Rodalinda as a gray colored pickup truck with a possible Washington state license plate of A389101. I ran that
license plate number, but it did not return to any vehicle.
Cameras were posted in the parking lot, and Rodalinda viewed the footage of the collision. According to
Rodalinda,the footage showed the suspect vehicle back into the rear of her car before driving away.
Rodalinda's car had damage to the rear end of the vehicle, but it was drivable. No note was found on
Rodalinda's car from the suspect driver, and the footage did not show the suspect driver attempt to leave a
note. The suspect driver appeared to leave the scene without making an attempt to contact Rodalinda.
The identity of the suspect driver is unknown, and the driver was not seen on the camera footage. I sent
Rodalinda an Axon link to upload the footage. I gave her the Renton PD case number over the phone.
