Hi Jill:
The materials have been submitted. The one pdf is a scanned grouping of a number of documents.
Appreciate your help through this process so let us know what you need so we can produce.
Again, this is all to accommodate NFL Films who will be present during training camp and filming for the show
Hard Knocks. We look forward to showcasing the natural beauty of our corner of Renton to the world.

Many thanks, Clark (moved to bcc).
Hi, Jill. We got back the King County Parks permit thus are ready to submit. I have a completed A) Land Use Permit
Master Application along with King Co Permit and Abatement Agreement, and B) Site Plan that we can provide in
whatever file share you direct us to.
The TUP fee looks to be $128 so please advise what is easiest (be it check or online payment platform). We
welcome any other feedback to help process this request.
Thanks for the time and your guidance.
Best,
Drew

Drew,
Similar to the COVID-19 testing site with a mobile o@ice trailer, a Tier 1 Temporary Use Permit (TUP) is required to
place production trailers with protective fencing on King County Parks property (Parcel No. 2924059005) through
the end of September.
Submittal requirements for a TUP can be found at the link below. Jill D. (cc’d) will be your project manager; once
you’re ready to submit, she will provide a file-share link for uploading your documents. Type I permits do not
require public notice of application, sta@ recommendation, or an open record hearing. A decision is issued
administratively. Type I permits typically require three (3) weeks for processing.
Temporary Use Tier 1

Subject: VMAC special use permit follow up
Hi Clark:
A follow up to our conversation a few weeks’ back. We have advanced the option that would place the Hard
Knocks production trailers outside the VMAC security gate on King County Parks Dept property.
Attached is the permit pre-approval from King County that just needs their final signature. Also attached is a
diagram of the proposed compound layout from HBO. Our plan is to erect temporary fencing to better secure the
considerably expensive gear and other items. My recollection from our prior conversation is that VMAC will need to
submit a city use permit. Can you please advise what we will need to submit and any input as to the process to
help us in that process? We’re looking to start helping with move in at 6/15/26.
Thank you for the assistance and have a great weekend!
