Hello,
We received a correction from CR Construction regarding the subcontractor list. They updated
“Rebar Installation” to be self-performed, while all other categories remain listed as “not
applicable.” We contacted CR Construction after identifying an issue with the subcontractor list,
as the project includes construction of a concrete deadman block requiring rebar installation.
Per RCW requirements:
Errors identified by the contracting agency in the proof of license information must be
corrected by the bidder within 48 hours of submission; and
(b) Within 48 hours after the published bid submittal time, the names of the
subcontractors with whom the bidder, if awarded the contract, will subcontract for
performance of the work of structural steel installation and rebar installation.
Although this project is under the threshold requiring a subcontractor list ($1,000,000 minimum)
, we provided CR Construction with a courtesy notification regarding the potential issue and the
remaining time available to correct it if necessary.
