On May 18, 2026, at 1609 hours, dispatch requested that I contact a housing manager at Sunset Terrace
apartments located at 2517 NE Sunset Blvd, in the city of Renton, county of King, and state of Washington.The
reporting party, later identified as Charol V Babuag, reported that an unknown subject collided with her
electric gate located inside the garage.
Upon contact Charol and I reviewed the surveillance footage located inside the garage and realized that the
vehicle in question was an Audi Q5 bearing Washington plates CWG3224.The vehicle returned to a resident
from the same apartment complex who lives in unit 701.The resident was identified by her WADL as Ashley L.
Warrier(08/02/1985).
1 recognized Ashley's driver's license photo and information because of a hit and run collision she was involved
in earlier this year. In that report she was identified as the suspect involved, and charges were submitted
against her. Reference case#26-1733 For more information. I asked Charol if she wanted to pursue criminal
charges for hit and run against the female if identified, but she declined charges and stated that all she
required was insurance information, so the damages are covered. Damages are expected to be over$2000.
The garage door was pushed off its tracks, and another track was ripped off the frame.
Later I spoke with Ashley over the phone and advised her of my contact.Ashley stated that she was aware of
the collision but mentioned that the vehicle was being driven by a friend and not her. Ashley stated that she
would contact the office and settle it through them without police assistance.
It's important to note that I did locate the Audi parked outside near the main doors.The vehicle sustained
heavy damage to the front bumper and passenger side fender.
Carol did not pursue criminal charges against Ashley so this report will only be an informational report.
I did submit an Axon link to Charol `s phone so she can attach the videos to this report.
