On 06/01/2026, 1 was working uniformed patrol in marked Renton Police vehicle#B379 and
wearing a jumpsuit with Renton Police patches on each shoulder as well as the words "Police"
written on the front and back of my external vest.
At approximately hours, 1302 hours, I was dispatched to a hit-and-run report that had occurred
Last month in the private property parking lot of Pacific Medical Center, located at 1801 Lind Ave
SW,within the City Limits of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
At 1407 hours, I contacted the Reporting Party(RP), identified as Adonis, Jehrome E (DOB
09/21/1996), by phone. Adonis relayed the following to me:
On 05/19/2026 at approximately 1013 hours,Adonis parked his black 2021 Tesla Model Y(WA
plate#BWR2236) at the above listed location and nearest to the main entrance. Adonis'vehicle
was unoccupied at the time; however, the Tesla's dash camera system was actively recording.
The dash camera footage captured a suspect vehicle, an olive-colored 2018 Honda CR-V(WA
plate#BJX7153), exiting out of an adjacent parking stall.The driver of the Honda CR-V turned too
sharply, causing the rear passenger portion of the suspect vehicle to make contact with the
front driver's side corner of Adonis's Tesla. The driver of the Honda then reversed, readjusted
their turn, and completed exiting the parking stall.The suspect vehicle left the scene without
Leaving a note or making any attempt to contact the owner of the damaged vehicle.
Adonis initially filed an online Renton Police report (#T26-684). Due to the presence of suspect
vehicle information captured on video, he was advised to contact the Renton Police Department
for further investigation. This case was opened as#26-4221.
The dash camera footage from the victim's vehicle has been uploaded and attached to this
case.
I conducted a records check on the suspect vehicle and identified Gayle Pearl as the registered
owner. On today's date, 1 contacted Pearl by telephone. Pearl confirmed she was at Pacific
Medical Center on 05/19/2026 around the reported time frame. She denied any knowledge of

striking another vehicle while leaving the parking lot. Pearl was cooperative throughout the
conversation and provided complete insurance information for her vehicle to facilitate a claim
by the victim.
I provided Pearl with Renton Police case number 26-4221 and advised her to notify her
insurance company of the incident.The victim, Jehrome Adonis, was provided with Pearl's
insurance information for his claim.
No citation is being issued at this time. Case can be closed/Return To Filing(RTF).
