BILL OF SALE
Cogent Fiber LLC (fka Sprint Communications Company L.P.), a Delaware limited
liability company ("Grantor" or "Sprint"), for and in consideration of mutual benefits, receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell, transfer and deliver to
the City of Renton, a Washington municipal corporation ("Grantee" or "City")), certain
personal property as described in Exhibit A (the "Personal Property") of this document. City
hereby accepts such sale, transfer, and delivery of the Personal Property. City acknowledges
and agrees that Sprint is conveying to City only the Personal Property, and that no real
property interest in either the public or private lands within or upon which the Personal
9Property yis situated is being conveyed or assigned, and that City shall solely be responsible
