Officer Narrative
Narrative
Unless otherwise noted, all events took place in the City of Renton, in the County of King, in the State of
Washington.
This incident was captured on my body worn video camera and in-car cameras.This report is a summary of
events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On 6/3/2026, at approximately 1940 hours I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run collision at 3700 NE 4
th St. Dispatch advised 5 ago, h&r, no injs, silt'mercedes @gyy6363.... Working on dot.
At approximately 1946 hours I arrived on scene. I contacted the RP identified as Manfred Costana Montecinos
DOB 6/12/1999 via WADL. Manfred advised they were driving eastbound in the parking lot when Unit 1
reversed out it's parking spot and struck the front driver side bumper of Unit 2 with the front driver side
bumper of Unit 1. Unit 1 then continued driving westbound through the parking lot and onto NE 4th St.
Manfred advised there were no injuries. Manfred stated Unit 1 had 2 occupants with the driver being a female
with glasses. Manfred advised he didn't get a good look at the driver but thinks he could recognize her if he
saw her.
Based on the information above there is probable cause for Hit and Run Attended if the suspect can be
identified.
I took photos and uploaded them into evidence.com.
