Unless otherwise noted,the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, WA.
On 05-21-2026 at approximately 1840 hours I was dispatched to NE 12th St and NE Sunset Blvd for a hit and
run collision. Dispatch advised: "VOIANCE/SPANISH #4001: 5 AGO, HR TO RP'S VEH, SUSP VEH WHI PICKUP
GOA LINK DOT, NO INJ"
I arrived and located unit 2 which had sustained rear end damage. I contacted the driver of unit 2, identified
via WA DOL photo as Yaneth A. Coronado Castellon (08-26-1995). Yaneth primarily spoke Spanish, and I
utilized Language Line to communicate with her.Yaneth relayed the following:
She was facing east on NE 12th St in lane 2 just west of NE Sunset Blvd. While stopped at a red light, she was
struck from behind by unit 2. Yaneth's daughter,Angeline Coronado (06-08-2024),was secured in a car seat in
the back of unit 2 at the time of the collision. Neither Yaneth nor Angeline were injured.The driver of unit 1
told Yaneth to relocate to the nearby Walgreen's parking lot and Yaneth agreed.The driver of unit 1 then
drove away from the scene without exchanging information as Yaneth was relocating.
Yaneth described the driver as a brown skinned female, 26-28 years old,with black hair.Yaneth advised that a
passerby believed that the driver was associated with the Kiddie Adventures of Renton situated at 3123 NE
Sunset Blvd.
Yaneth captured a photograph of the front of unit 1, a white Ram pickup truck, including the license plate WA/
C14898S.The license plate returned to a 2015 Ram 1500.There were two registered owners listed, but neither
appeared to be consistent with the description Yaneth provided. One of the registered owners was Victor A.
Cabrera Hernandez(12-20-1983). Via local record, I located a phone number for Victor. I had not realized that
there was a bill of sale in the return until Victor advised that the vehicle had been sold to a friend of his
daughter's.Victor identified his daughter as Deyamith O. Cabrera (04-23-2004).The return listed Deyamith as
the purchaser of the vehicle with a sale date of 02-28-2025. Victor said he did not know who his daughter sold
the vehicle to.Victor provided me with a phone number for Deyamith, 253-353-4389. 1 tried the number
multiple times with no answer.
On 06-04-2026 at approximately 1140 hours I attempted to contact Deyamith again at the aforementioned
phone number. I reached a subject who I believe was a female and confirmed her name was Deyamith. I

advised Deyamith that our conversation was being recorded and asked if she had a moment for me to ask her
about something. Deyamith advised that she was busy and that she would have to call me back later. I asked
when she would be available, and she said she wasn't sure and abruptly hung up the phone.
I was unable to obtain a DOL return for Deyamith.
There is no additional suspect information available at this time.
