MUSEUM WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as April 29, 2026 is by and between the
City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Rock Project Management
Services, L.L.C. (“Consultant”). The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively in this
Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as
of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-25-311, dated
April 20, 2026to provide necessary services for the Renton Historical Museum Window and Door
Replacement. (referred to herein as the “Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement tochange the time for a performancechange
the compensation in order to complete the project.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-25-311 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to as specified in Exhibit A-1, which
is attached and incorporated herein.
2.Time of Performance:Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended pursuant to the
schedule(s) set forth in Exhibit A-1. All Work shall be performed by no later than
December 31, 2026.
3. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increase by $26,880.00 from $90,000.00 to
$116,880.00, plus any applicable state and local sales taxes. The additional compensation
shall be paid based upon Work actually performed according to the rate(s) or amounts
specified in Exhibit A-1.
4.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.

SUBJECT: City of Renton Project Management Services Contract CAG-25-311 Amendment No. 1
Dear Ms Boodell,
Rock Project Management Services, L.L.C. currently holds an agreement dated 8/21/2025, with the City of Renton to
provide Project Management Services for the Renton Museum. That contract expires on June 30, 2026.
This Contract Amendment modifies the following contract terms:
Contract Amount: From $90,000, to $116,880
Contract Completion: From June 30, 2026 to December 31, 2026
Reason for Amendment and Modification identified:
A time extension to allow Project Management Services for the Renton Museum is needed due to billable work
continuing past the current expectation of 3/31/2026 for an additional 16 weeks to keep with the original
milestone schedule. At this time, the bid for the windows was just executed and the contractor will be staring
work in the beginning of April. Subsequent to the construction being completed, closeout, punchlist, inspections,
and substantial and physical completion will follow.
Original Contract Amount: $90,000.
Contract Amount Change, this Amendment: $26,880.
Revised Contract Amount: $116,880.
Original Contract Completion Date: 6/30/2026
