The following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
On 06/04/2026 at about 2041 hours I was dispatched to a non-injury blocking collision at SW Victoria St and
Renton Ave Ext. I arrived at about 2049 hours.
I contacted U-2, who identified herself as Liudmila Smolich with her WADL. U-2 stated that she was
westbound on SW Victoria St. She stopped for the stop sign at Renton Ave Ext. and then started to creep out
to make sure traffic was clear before she made a left hand turn and proceeded westbound. This is when U-1
rearended her vehicle.
U-1 identified himself as the registered owner Sinbad Maximo with his WADL. He stated that he was also
westbound on SW Victoria St. U-2 started to go, and he thought she was going right but then she stopped and
he rearended her. He believed that U-2 was not allowed to make a left turn at the intersection. 1 later
checked this and they were outside of the hours that the left turn is prohibited.
All parties involved stated that they were uninjured. I saw minor damage and paint transfer on the front of
U-1 and the rear of U-2. Both units were able to drive away from the scene.
This incident was captured on my Axon body worn video camera. This report is a summary of events that
occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
Nothing further at this time.
