On 6/7/2027 at about 1950 hours I responded to a three vehicle collision in the parking lot of Chipotle, located at
439 Rainier Ave S, in the City of Renton, County of King WA. 1 arrived on scene at about 1958 hours and
talked to the driver of unit 1. She told me she thought she was going in reverse but was actually going forward.
She ran over two parking curbs and hit the front end of the cars of both unit 2 and unit 3. The driver of unit 2
was inside the restaurant when this happened. The driver of unit 3 said the same thing unit 1 told. When I
looked at unit 1 it was high centered on both the parking curbs. I gave every one involved my card with the
case number on it. There was minimal damage to all three vehicles.
This incident occurred in the City of Renton,King County,Washington State.
