Engineering
1 The Street Modification Land Use Permit (LUA26-000165) to retain the existing power distribution and telecom
line must be approved and all conditions of the land user permit shall be met prior to any frontage improvements
along Lake Washington Blvd N.
2 The photometric analysis shall be updated to assess existing street trees impact on the street lighting levels
along Lake Washington Blvd N. Additional street lights shall be provided and/or the proposed street lights shall be
relocated to meet the lighting level requirements per Renton Municipal Code (RMC) 4-6-060.I. No work shall occur
along lake Washington Blvd N until the revised lighting plan and photometric analysis are provided and approved
by development engineering project manager.
3 A King County Special Use Permit (SUP) is required prior to construction of the roundabout at the intersection of
43rd Street and Lake Washington Blvd N. A copy of the issued permit shall be provided to development
engineering project manager.
4 A structural analysis for the lighting pole foundations must be approved and provided by development engineering
project manager prior to installation of the streetlights.
