VEHICLE DAMAGE/SUSPECTED HIT-AND-RUN INCIDENT REPORT

Location: Fred Meyer Parking Lot
Statement:
On June 7, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM, I parked my 2023 Audi Q7 in the Fred Meyer parking lot and entered the store to
shop. When I returned to my vehicle after completing my shopping, I observed damage that was not present when I parked.
The damage consisted of a fresh white paint transfer and scratching on the lower bumper area of the vehicle. I also observed
damage to the lower plastic light assembly located in the bumper area. The light assembly appears cracked and broken as a
result of the impact.
Based on the location and nature of the damage, I believe an unknown vehicle struck my parked vehicle while attempting to
park in an adjacent stall or while exiting a nearby parking space. No note, contact information, or identifying information was
left on my vehicle by the responsible party.
I remained at the location and spoke with Fred Meyer personnel regarding the incident. I was advised to contact my insurance
company and file a report. At this time, I do not have any witness information or suspect vehicle information.
Photographs of the damage have been taken and uploaded to support this claim. The photographs accurately depict the
damage, including the paint transfer, bumper damage, and damage to the lower light assembly.
I am requesting that this incident be documented as a suspected hit-and-run involving an unattended parked vehicle and that
my insurance claim be processed accordingly.
