I know you are working on some of these documents such as bond and invoice. Are there any questions for the Certificate of Insurance? In addition, can we have the contact information
for the Specialized Billing Agent? This person will be responsible for overtime and City work on the applicant’s behalf, if applicable.

by the City on the Applicant’s behalf.
In addition, it appears that this project may need an NPDES permit from Ecology. Have you received the letter from them, if so, can you forward it to us? We will need that prior to issuing
the permit.
