SUBJECT:Change Order #3 to CAG-25-012 with Perimeter Security
Group
The Airport is requesting a change order to the existing contract agreement, CAG-25-
012, with Perimeter Security Group to increase the scope of work and cost. The
additional scope includes the following change order proposals. (COP 2) This adds
standalone camera poles that were missing at the time of bid. (COP 7) The new Vehicle
Gate V1 needed extra coordination with PSE for power as the old gate was manually
operated and this location did not have power. (COP 10) This adds a new TA25 vault as
well as re-routed our fiber line to accommodate unknown underground utilities along W
Perimeter Road. (COP11) This added scope relocates the emergency responder’s firebox
located at vehicle gate V7 be more accessible from their trucks as wells as provides a
20amp outlet inside the fire box to allow for charging of their emergency radios.
COP 2 = $10,288.69 + Sales Tax (10.3%) = $10,288.69 + $1,059.73 = $11,348.73
COP 7 = $1,532.26 + Sales Tax (10.3%) = $1,532.26 + $157.82 = $1,843.31
COP 10 = $14,397.91 + Sales Tax (10.3%) = $14,397.91 + $1,482.98 = $15,880.89
COP 11 = $2,913.76 Sales Tax (10.3%) = $2,913.76 + 300.12= $3,213.88
The additional cost to the contract will be $32,133.27, including tax, and is funded under
the Airport’s capital budget line item, Airport Security & Fencing (422.725119) the 2026
balance for this line item is $2,211,563.65.
Please review and sign Change Order No. 3 to CAG-25-013 with Perimeter Security
Group and return it to William Adams for processing.
