Haul route to be SE 165th to 116th Ave SE to 117th Ave SE to Arterial Roadway.
Contractor to implement traffic control in both directions on SE 165th, home owners and
tenants shall have full access to their properties at all times, and the contractor will clean
up any dust/debris/excess materials during and after construction
Contractor to submit traffic control plan once preliminary permit is issued
