On 6-11-26 around 1247hrs, while on scene of another call, I observed a collision at the intersection of NE
Sunset Blvd/Edmonds Ave NE.
Patrol units were stopped with emergency lights, blocking lane two of westbound NE Sunset Blvd. Unit 2,
CUW5208/WA, driven by RO, Kenia G Guadarrama Vasquez,was stopped at the stop light in lane one of NE
Sunset Blvd. Unit 1, BZL5629/WA, driven by RO,Jacqueline D Jones Gladis, drove up behind unit2 and
attempted to go around parked patrol vehicles into lane two. In doing so, unit 1 collided with unit 2 causing
minor damage to each vehicle.
Both vehicles were drivable, both drivers provided information, and all involved declined aid.
