bordered approximately by NE 20th St to the north, Nile Ave
NE to the east, NE 18th St to the south, and Ilwaco Ave NE to
the west.

AB - 2156 Transportation Systems Division recommended
approval of Amendment No. 10 to lease agreement LAG-10-
001, with the Boeing Company, for an automatic lease rate
adjustment that will increase the annual leasehold amount
by $165,181.85 and accounts for the collection of rent
retroactive to June 1, 2016.

Washington, was read establishing a Moratorium on
accepting applications for Residential Development in the

Moratorium, providing for severability, declaring an
emergency and establishing an immediate effective date
