On 6-11-26 around 1354hrs I dispatched to a phone reported hit and run at the intersection of SE 128TH ST/
156TH AVE SE, Renton, King Co, WA. Initial information was Phillip J Mead 8-26-74, driver unit 2,was struck by
unit 1 who did not stop to exchange information.
I called Mead who advised the following. Mead was driving his vehicle, CMT8673/WA,west on SE 128th St
approaching 156th Ave SE. As he approached the intersection, unit 1, AAW9802/WA, passed Mead on the
right. Mead sped up to pass unit 1, and both units continued this action until they reached 156th Ave SE.As
both vehicles prepared to turn south one 156th Ave SE, unit 1 cut in front of Mead, scuffing his front bumper
on the driver side. Mead followed unit 1 until Mead turned into his neighborhood. Unit 1 never stopped to
exchange information.
Mead advised he could not identify the driver of unit 1.
Unit 1 is registered to Judy Giaudrone, but it is unknown if she was driving at the time of this incident.
