Narrative
Unit 1 was traveling East on N 8th St when came to the red light at the intersection of N 8th St and Houser
Way N. Unit 2 was in front of Unit 1 at the red light. When the light turned green Unit 1 drove backwards
hitting unit 2 in the front end. Unit 1 then followed unit 2 around the city trying to get him to stop. Unit 2 was
able to see the driver who he stated was a black male who looked to be in his 20's, short hair, skinny and
approximately 5'8 to 5'10 in heigh.
Unit 2 stated that when dispatch told him to park in the staples parking lot Unit 1 drove past him and when he
yelled for him to stop he told him no and drove through the parking lot heading North and turned down N 10
th St.
Unit 2 had front end damage and pictures were taken and uploaded to evidence.
Unit 2 was given a case number for reference and for his insurance.
