Below is a table with the parking figures I have available to me from our plan set, along with the criteria drawn from the
code. Lacking an internal floor plan, I estimated about 23,000 net floor area (from a 26,000 SF building) or the purposes of
calculation.
Maximum and minimum parking is provided, along with a tabulation of the maximum 25% increase / decrease amount which
defines staff discretion allowed under the code. Is this sufficient for the required parking analysis identified in your
conditions of approval?
I don’t believe so, but please confirm - will this analysis require a modification to be approved prior to, or concurrent with, our
permit submittal, based on these numbers? Will this satisfy your requirement?
