RE: Request for Short-plat approval extension under RMC 4-7-070M for
Valley Vue LUA16-000272, SHPL-A, MOD
Dear Ms. Henning,
The expiration date for the Valley Vue short-plat is July 11, 2018, and I respectfully
request a one year extension for the short-plat approval from the current expiration date.
I am requesting the extension to allow for the installation of the improvements and
recording requirements within the permitted time frame.
The project has been extensively delayed due to a homeowner’s opposition. That conflict
has been resolved and issuance of the construction permit is imminent.
