The driver then turned back onto the same street spinning out, and then side swept my vehicle on the back driver side panel. At the time me (3) kids ages 9, 7 and 6 were also in the car, we were on our way to school drop-off. The driver then took off behind me down 133rd PI SE. I did not attempt to follow, as the individual looked and was acting deranged. No one was injured. The cross street is 132nd PI SE and SE Fairwood Blvd
