TIRES, SAND BAGS, OR EQUIVALENT MAY BE USED TO WEIGHT PLASTIC. 2.4. SEAMS BETWEEN SHEETS MUST OVERLAP A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES AND BE WEIGHTED OR TAPED. 3. MAINTENANCE STANDARDS 3.1.
