During the review of CR constructions bid submittal package I noticed their bid is missing
the rebar installer on page 2 of the sub-contractor document.
Raudenbush Earthworks is protesting CR Constructions bid due to the sub-contractor
document being incomplete. The bid submittal package provided by the city of Renton
states that their bid is considered non-responsive/void.
