EH13027 CASE# 26-4265 OF COLLISION 06/02/26 12:37 OF CbLLI510N NARRATIVE 26-4265 ACCINJ On 6/2/2026 1 was working as a uniformed patrol officer and driving a marked patrol vehicle for the City of Renton. I was dispatched to a report of a vehicle versus motorcycle collision with significant injury that had just occurred in the 300 block of SW 7th St Renton/King/WA. Multiple witnesses were calling and Officer Meyers was on scene RRFA was on scene triaging the motorcycle driver when I arrived on scene. Officer Meyers advised that the motorcycle driver had obvious injury to his lower right leg, chest, and head from the impact. He advised the driver was stating he was not able to breath and was unsure if he had lost consciousness. Officer Meyers also handed me a GoPro camera and said the motorcycle driver had handed it to him while he was evaluating him. I entered the GoPro into RPD Evidence. The driver of the 2017 Husqvarna FE501 WA/01_8001 (Unit 1) was identified by his WADL as Abraham S AI-Dagesh DOB: 12/31/2000. Abraham was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment, and I did not get to speak with him. The Husqvarna had significant damage and was impounded by Gene Meyers Towing. A WACIC/NCIC/DOL check showed that Abraham was clear and valid with a two-wheel endorsement. The driver of the 2019 Nissan Sentra WA/CTT9581 (Unit 2) was identified by his WADL as Jessie H Hunter DOB: 4/25/1949. Jessie said that he was pulling out of the Walmart parking lot to drive west on SW 7th St. He said that as he entered the #2 lane of eastbound SW 7th he was struck by Unit 1. Jessie was not injured, the Sentra sustained heavy front-end damage and was not drivable. It was impounded by Gene Meyers Towing. A WACIC/NCIC/DOL check showed that Jessie was clear, and his driving status was listed as No Valid Operators License-Eligible. The passenger in Unit 2 was identified by her WADOL as Ruby Y Lowe DOB: 8/5/1960. Ruby said that as they were crossing the eastbound lanes, she saw Unit 1 in a wheelie driving eastbound. A witness, identified by his WADL as Jason W Kraght DOB: 2/15/1999, approached and advised he had seen was happened. Jason said that he was driving west on SW 7th St and saw Abraham in a wheelie in the #2 eastbound lane. He said that Abraham continued in the wheelie until just after the crosswalk, he then put the front wheel back on the ground just before hitting Unit 2. Jason said that he honked at Abraham to try and get him to stop the wheelie. A skid mark was located beginning after the crosswalk and crossed into the center two-way turn lane. I cited Jessie for RCW 46.20.015 No Valid Operators License with Valid ID under Sector citation #6A0092352. This citation should be mailed to his DOL address. On 6/3/2026 at approximately 0900 hours Abraham called with questions. I provided him with a case number and let him know where his motorcycle was. He said that he was currently still in the hospital and had road rash on the right side of his body and 4-6 fractured ribs on his right side. H explained that he was driving east in the #2 lane of SW 7th St when the Sentra pulled out in front of him, he said that he swerved to the left but was unable to avoid the collision. I asked him if he was performing a wheelie, there was a long pause and he said he did not remember. I told him there was a witness that said he saw him performing a wheelie just before the collision. Abraham said he was not sure and thought he had two wheels on the ground. Nothing further.
